Terms and conditions
Cancellation policies for participants:
Refunds will be given with the following rates:
- Cancellation before April 1st 2022: 75 % refund
- Cancellation between April 1st and April 30th 2022: 50 % refund
- Cancellation May 1st 2022 or later: No refunds will be given
In case of total cancellation of the conference due to the corona pandemic, the organisational committee will refund as much as possible of the paid registration fees, with a deduction for administration costs.
