Choose the sponsor deal you would like. In the registration form the sponsor deals are referred to as "tickets". All fees are given in Norwegian Kroner (NOK), the corresponding value in € is based on the exchange rate as of May 18th 2020.

You can also choose to buy an exhibition stand only. This is 35 000 NOK (approx 3 100 €).

All exhibition stands are the same size, and includes table, chairs and electricity. Please make an inquiry if you would like adaptations.

Sponsors: We would like you to submit your logo to contact@wcsb10.com as soon as possible for displaying on our website. Advertisements can be submitted later. We will also send you a discount code to the participant registration, so you get the participant tickets included in your sponsor deal.

CANCELLATION POLICIES FOR SPONSORS:

In case of total cancellation of the conference due to the corona pandemic, the organisational committee will refund the paid registration fees, with a deduction for administration costs.

The organizing and scientific committees have decided to prepare for several scenarios. At present, all planning continues with the hope that the conference will take place as a physical conference. However, if a physical conference will be fully or partially impossible, there is a Plan B  for a full, or partial, digital conference instead. This will lead to minimum economic consequences for the hosting party, for our sponsors and for already registered participants. 

Any development affecting the conference will be reported to the concerning parties.
